Plot Summary

It's another day at Mu Elementary. Charlotte brought her hamster Buttons to school and is currently smashing peanuts on the table using a hammer (which Vendetta allegedly gave to her) Just then, Vendetta shows up with a big box. She opens the box and pulls out a purple slug-like fiend, making sure to set it down on a plate and not touch it herself. Successfully having piqued Charlotte's interest, Vendetta decides to demonstrate how the fiend works using a pencil she stole from Marvin. She pokes the fiend with it, and the pencil magically shrinks to a much smaller size. Vendetta asks Charlotte if she wants to pet the slug, and Charlotte does so...which causes her to shrink down to the size of her hamster.

As usual, Charlotte isn't scared or confused, rather overjoyed and excited to be tiny as she's now the same size as Buttons! Meanwhile, Vendetta urgently commands the fiend to eat Charlotte alive, a task to which it complies and it starts to inch towards Charlotte. Unfortunately for Vendetta, the slug fiend moves incredibly slowly - too slowly for her to tolerate. In a moment of blind rage, Vendetta accidentally touches the fiend, causing her to shrink as well. Just as the slug prepares to eat her instead, Grudge saves her by slapping the fiend off the table - and he gets shrunken too. Wanting nothing to do with Charlotte's proposed adventures (such as living in a shoebox and eating gumdrops), Vendetta and Grudge leave the school and go home so they can figure out how to be big again. Mr. Milk stands and watches as they walk out, realizing that he could've trapped Vendetta in a jar...but then what?

While the students watch tiny Charlotte construct a slide out of a juice box and pencil, we see Vendetta and Grudge in the process of creating squid-like fiends that will make them grow instead of shrink. Not long afterwards, back at the school, tiny Charlotte's slide time is interrupted when a now-ginormous Vendetta rips open the ceiling. She lifts up the building and shakes it out, trying to retrieve Charlotte. However the slug falls out instead, making her shrink back down to her original size. The slug conveniently falls into the jar of growing squid, causing it to become massive.

The slug is finally about to eat Charlotte when she pets one of the squid, causing her to become massive. Vendetta angrily makes herself even larger using two squid at once, picks up Charlotte, and tries to feed her to the slug. Then the Giant Kitty shows up. He devours the slug fiend, making him shrink down to the size of a regular cat. Then, he eats one of the squid - causing a crazy reaction inside of him. Giant Kitty flies into the air and zaps the size-changing energy all over the place, resulting in absolute chaos. Everyone is being shrunk or grown left and right and Kitty is screaming the whole time.

Once it's finally over, Giant Kitty runs off, terrified. Everything is back to normal...except for Vendetta, who's once again hamster-sized. Charlotte hugs tiny Vendetta as she screams.
